Ekole Bazil Najembe
Ekole is a Pan-African legal and economic professional with over 13 years of experience in corporate law, trade policy, and development project leadership with Advanced knowledge of the OHADA legal framework, particularly in secured transactions and corporate restructuring. He holds a BSc in Economics, LL.B, LL.M in Corporate Law, and an LL.M in International Trade & Investment Law in Africa as an alumnus of the prestigious University of Pretoria – TILA Class of 2025. He is also a PMP®-certified project manager with additional credentials in Local Development and Decentralized Cooperation.
Ekole consults internationally on private equity, M&A, trade finance, cross-border insolvency, and investment law. He is the founder of Core Care Africa and an active member of the Africa Coalition for Corporate Accountability (ACCA), advancing corporate responsibility, environmental justice, and sustainable investment across Africa
